Sessions are only by appointment, with weekend and evening hours available.
My fee is $205 for a 45-minute session.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Observations, consultations, and lengthy phone conversations (longer than 10 minutes) will be prorated and billed at my hourly rate.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions.
Sessions may be reimbursable by your health insurance under your out-of-network benefits. I will provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company.
