Guided imagery is a gentle but powerful technique that focuses and directs the imagination to help you relax, clear your mind, tap into your intuition, and increase your overall sense of wellbeing.
Guided imagery has been clinically shown to help manage stress, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, relieve headaches, and reduce anxiety. It’s also great for people who are interested in beginning a meditation practice or would like to add a new approach to their existing practice.
In this workshop I will lead you through some basic healing and restorative guided visualizations, and give you the tools and information to begin practicing on your own. There will also be plenty of time for questions, answers and intuitive wisdom.
